Wonderful over rice or veggies. Very tasty.
Tahini Lemon Sauce
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ cup tahini
- ½ cup water
- ½ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup coconut aminos
Add garlic to lemon juice and let soak.
In a bowl, mix together tahini and water until smooth.
Stir in lemon juice with garlic, cumin, pepper and coconut aminos.
Adjust consistency with more water if needed.
