This is a most delicious applesauce type dish. The cucumber makes it fresh tasting and the dates add a lovely sweetness.
Raw Apple, Cucumber, Date Sauce (Serves 2)
- 3 apples, cored and cut in pieces
- 1 cucumber, peeled
- 1 Madjool date, pitted
Add all ingredients to your blender. Blend until smooth and serve.
