Chocolate Mousse has always been one of my favourite decadent desserts... causing some guilt when I ate it because of the ingredients. This mousse, however, is completely guilt-free, made with super foods instead of the saturated fat and sugar of traditional mousse. Try it, we think you'll like it!

Chocolate Mousse (Serves 4)
- 1 large (or 2 small) avocados
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup date paste
- ½ cup raw cacao powder
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
Refrigerate for two hours to stiffen into a Mousse texture, or you can eat it right away as an amazing Chocolate Pudding.
OPTIONAL: Top with fresh raspberries, blueberries, cacao nibs, mint, or any other creative topping that you like with chocolate.
Or top with Chocolate Crumble:
Chocolate Crumble Topping
1 cup almonds
24 dates
2 tablespoons date paste or 1-inch piece of banana
1/4 cup cacao powder
Add almonds, and dates to a food processor and process until coarsely chopped.
Then add remaining ingredients and blend to the consistency you want.
Sprinkle on top of the Mousse.
