Turmeric Tea To Reduce Inflammation

Turmeric Tea

This tea is great to relieve inflammation and pain.

 

In a mug, combine the following:

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried turmeric
  • Several thin slices of fresh ginger
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon avocado oil
  • Filtered Hot Water

Stir well after adding all ingredients and enjoy.
