Alzheimer's continues to increase and there’s no meaningful treatment. Fortunately there are many things we can do (and avoid) to prevent Alzheimer’s in the first place. So once again, science is finding that eating a whole food, plant based diet is one of the most significant steps we can take to stay healthy, which includes the prevention of Alzheimer’s. Eating this way gives us lots of fiber to keep our microbiome healthy, which in turn supports our brain to be healthy.

Have you thought about eating whole food plant based but were not confident you could do it easily?

Join us in our 6-week Course to shift to whole food, plant based eating. It is filled with heavenly tastes and lots of personal support to make the journey easy.

Here’s what’s included:

• 1-on-1 personal coaching each week that makes the learning fun and easy and helps unravel unwanted food habits
• Lots of delicious, new recipes
• A weekly Community Call where we learn from one another
• A private Facebook group where we post our food creations

Here’s the link to our Course. Have a look. If you’re interested, we offer a free 30-minute consultation to learn your needs and share more about the course to see if it’s a fit for you right now.

The recipe this week is Kim Chi. It’s a fermented food and fermented foods are great support for the microbiome. We have 2 recipes for Kim Chi on our website, here and here.

Enjoy making this. Try it with a baked potato or as a pickle at your meals. It is delicious.
