Fruit Salad

Fruit Salad (Serves 2)

  • 2 apples, cored and cubed
  • 1 lemon or lime, juiced and poured over apples to keep fresh
  • 1 pineapple, cubed
  • Large bunch of green or purple grapes
  • 3 stalks celery, cut in diagonal slices
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce, tear into medium pieces
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon avocado oil (optional)
  • sea salt to taste ( optional, replace with 1 teaspoon sumac)

Combine everything in a large salad bowl. Mix lightly and serve.
