Dijon Oil Free Dressing
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons filtered water
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional, replace with 1 teaspoon sumac for salt free)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram
Add all ingredients to a glass jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake well and adjust seasonings if needed.
Refrigerate and use within 5 days.
