Date Mustard Dressing

A wonderful blend of sweet and sour from the Balsamic vinegar and mustard makes this a great choice over salads, greens and veggies.

Date Mustard Dressing *Adapted from Mary McDougall

  • ½ cup rice vinegar
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 6 Deglet Noor dates or 4 Medjool dates
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth
