No-Cook Way to WFPB

Many people understand the powerful effect of eating Whole Food Plant Based to restore health and lose weight naturally, but they don't want to cook. We get that. We have busy lives and the idea of hours in the kitchen can seem daunting. But, switching to WFPB can be easier than you think.

With pre-washed greens available in all the grocery stores now and lots of variety of frozen veggies, it's possible to put a meal together in minutes without any prep on a cutting board.

With a little planning each week, eating WFPB and regaining your clarity and energy, and becoming pain-free can be a piece of cake.

 

What many of our clients do is take an hour or two on the weekend to "batch cook" beans or grains, enough for the whole week. They put them in the fridge or freeze some so there's always some ready to go into a meal.

 

Another favourite is to make a big batch of soup and freeze it in meal sized portions. Then you can take it out in the morning and let it thaw, ready for lunch or dinner.
