Fresh Cranberry Sauce

This is the best cranberry sauce I've ever eaten. It's just the right sweetness and the orange makes it amazing.

Raw Cranberry Sauce

  • 2 bags of fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 whole navel orange, wash well, use the orange peeling and all
  • 2 sweet apples, cored and cut in quarters
  • 1½ cups brown rice syrup OR 2¼ cups date paste (see below) plus 12 drop stevia

Pulse and whir all ingredients in a food processor until fully blended and to your desired chunkiness.

Date Paste

  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 cup filtered water

Add both ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high for 1 minute, scraping down the sides half way through.
