Berries really can be considered Super-Foods. Their vibrant colours mean that they are full of antioxidants and antioxidant vitamins. In fact, they're one of the highest antioxidant foods on the planet, which is what gives them their amazing health promoting benefits.

Very Berry Salad (Serves 1)
- Bed of lettuce for a 9-inch bowl
- 6 strawberries, sliced
- ½ small container blueberries, washed
- 6 grapes, cut in half
- 6 pineapple chunks
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seed
- Broccoli sprouts (optional as garnish)
- Balsamic vinegar
Prepare the bed of lettuce in a 9-inch bowl. Add celery, strawberries, blueberries, grapes, pineapple and sunflower seeds.
Dress with Balsamic vinegar, adding a small handful of broccoli sprouts for garnish.
