    1 - Introduction

    We've been helping people restore health and lose weight naturally for over 30 years. In that time, we've seen the power that food has in providing us with what it needs to do what it's designed to do: Thrive. Every cell in our body is designed to regenerate, it's in the DNA. So when there's a health condition or excess weight, that's often a signal that our body isn't getting what it needs nutritionally. And by switching to a WFPB diet, the most nutrient-dense diet around, it naturally returns to balance, health and well being.

    4 - Power of Thought

    Sometimes we see clients achieve trendous results losing weight and regaining their health only to fall back into the old conditions later. When we ask them what happened it almost always comes down to some stress in their lives that took them back to their old eating habits and comfort foods to find relief.

    We see that knowing what to eat is not enough to maintain our health and healthy weight. We need to learn to relate to the pressures of life in new ways, just like we learned to eat in new ways. Through insight and understanding of the nature of the mind and how life really works, they find more ease and peace in life that puts an end to turning to food for relief.
