Cashew Sour Cream

Simple and delicious, this Cashew Sour Cream is heaven on baked potatoes, Mexican dishes and anything else you would use regular sour cream on.

Cashew Sour Cream

  • 2 cups raw cashews
  • 1/3 cup filtered water
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup lemon juice (This is usually 1 lemon juiced)

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth, about 60 seconds.

Note: This is great on baked potatoes, Mexican food or any other way you've enjoyed sour cream.
