Green Smoothie Meal

This fresh fruit is so delicious in this smoothie. Enjoy.

Green Smoothie Meal (Serves 1)

  • 4 collard, kale leaves or 1/3 bunch dandelion leaves, or 1/2 bunch parsley or two handfuls of arugula leaves mixed with 2 handfuls of salad mix
  • 1 apple
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2/3 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 English cucumber
  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds or pumpkin seed or almonds
  • 1/2 avocado (optional)

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and fill 1/2 full of purified water. Blend for 60 seconds and enjoy.
